Managed Service Providers
Central visibility and consistent operations across servers you manage for multiple customers.
Managing Windows Server sign-in security across many customer environments works best when it doesn’t require logging into each server individually. Syspeace’s remote-management model in v4 is built around that.
What’s available in Syspeace v4
- Multiple Syspeace accounts within one Console — review and manage more than one customer’s Syspeace account from the same installation.
- Multiple users per account — give individual staff their own access to a Syspeace account rather than sharing one login.
- Multiple license groups per account — allocate licenses to different customer groups without maintaining a separate Syspeace account for each one.
- Remote administration and remote service upgrades — configure and update Syspeace Service on protected servers from Console, without needing direct network line-of-sight to the server.
These specific capabilities are available in Syspeace v4. Syspeace v3 does not support multiple users or multiple license groups per account — see the version comparison for the full breakdown.
What this is not
Syspeace does not provide multi-tenant data isolation guarantees, a reseller program, partner pricing, white-labeling, or a delegated customer-facing portal. The capabilities above describe how one Syspeace account can be organized and administered — they are not a service-provider licensing model.
