SYSPEACE is a European company with legal entities, business processes, management structures and technical systems that are applied across borders. SYSPEACE provides software and services to private and public companies (customers) worldwide. SYSPEACE ‘s head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden and SYSPEACE follows European data protection legislation, including the general data protection regulation (GDPR).

Scope and consent

This privacy policy applies to all SYSPEACE related business processes and websites, domains, desktop and server software, mobile solutions, cloud services and networks, as well as all websites that go under the SYSPEACE brand. Service-specific supplements are found in the terms of use, agreements for processing personal data or similar information for the service in question.

The privacy policy contains information about the personal data processing performed by SYSPEACE and where SYSPEACE determines the purpose and means of the processing SYSPEACE acts as personal data controller). People whose personal data we process

SYSPEACE processes personal information about contact persons or program users linked to our customers. b. Establish requested tenders for products and services to customer.

c. Perform deliveries in accordance with agreements concluded with you or the customer.

d. Offer support to those who use our products and services.

f. Discover, combat and prevent security threats and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.

g. Prevent our products and services from being abused.

If the customer you work for acquires SYSPEACE’s products or services via a partner company to SYSPEACE, we can obtain information about you from the partner company.
