People whose personal data we process
SYSPEACE processes personal information about contact persons or program users linked to our customers. We also process personal information about people who are potential customers (leads) and who contact us via SYSPEACE’s websites or other channels. We also process personal data on behalf of our customers where the customer is responsible. Our policy on this is described in the section on personal data assistants.
Cookies and pixel tags

SYSPEACE uses digital marketing program, which places cookies to register a recurring visitor as a unique user. What personal data are we dealing with
SYSPEACE can process the following personal information about you:

In order to care for our customer relations and fulfill our commitments to customers, SYSPEACE needs information about you in your role as the customer’s contact person or as a user of a service. The purposes of processing these personal data are as follows:

b. Establish requested tenders for products and services to customer.
c. Perform deliveries in accordance with agreements concluded with you or the customer.
d. Offer support to those who use our products and services.
e. Improve and develop the quality, function and user experience of our products, services and SYSPEACE’s websites.
f. Discover, combat and prevent security threats and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
g. Prevent our products and services from being abused.
h. Process orders, invoicing, payment and other financial follow-up.

SYSPEACE usually collects personal data directly from you or from other people connected to our customer. These people may be a manager or a colleague. If the customer you work for acquires SYSPEACE’s products or services via a partner company to SYSPEACE, we can obtain information about you from the partner company.
In some cases, we can also collect information about you from other sources. These sources may be data collectors at third parties, SYSPEACE’s marketing partners, public sources or third-party social networks. SYSPEACE can collect personal information about you from a source with information obtained from another source.
