Can I change my Syspeace account email address?
Yes, assuming the new address is not already associated with a Syspeace account.
We require proof and consent to be provided from both the old and new email addresses. We recommend performing the following steps:
- From the old email address, send an email with the subject “Please change my Syspeace account to your-new-email-address” with both your-old-email-address and your-new-email-address in the To field. Also send the email to to our support address, as found in the Syspeace manual.
- From the new email address, “reply all” to the email sent in step 1.
Once this is done, we will change the address manually. The password will remain the same. If you need to change it, please use the Reset password function before or after the change.
