How do I export/import settings in Syspeace v4?

Syspeace v3 has an Export settings pane, to produce a file with some or all settings configured in Syspeace. This file can then be used to restore those settings, or set up a new instance of Syspeace with identical settings.

This functionality is not currently present in Syspeace v4 but will be released in a coming minor version update.
